Following an exuberant launch gig at Zigfrid von Underbelly, our new single Arnold Strong is now available to listen to on Soundcloud and Bandcamp, and will be hitting Spotify and iTunes in the next few days. Arnold Strong is a synth-laden, sax-infused inspection of the utterly incomparable bodybuilder/actor/governor that is Arnold Schwarzenegger. With supporting tracks about leaving the big smoke and finding some space, dealing with the painful insecurities of a nascent relationship and inadvertently discovering the Moulin Rouge on the Parisian streets, there’s delightful variety in both subject matter and sounds on our latest release. Good day, We have been busy nestled away in our panda cocoon, working on a bunch of new songs and ideas. We’re excited to be back on the gigging trail, with our gig at the Macbeth just around the corner and another to follow shortly afterwards. In recent weeks, we’ve been working on a few new songs, as well as a reworking of a classic that can be termed ‘a cover’ in name only. We’re also hoping to get into the studio in the next couple of months to start work on another few recordings. We’ll grace these pages with a few more words as to where/when/how you can locate these recordings once we have more information. In the mean time, we hope to see you at a gig soon....
